1st, 2nd and 3rd place (rank) advance to the 2016 International Leadership Conference. Please notify Colorado HOSA by April 1st if your ILC Qualifier will be going to Nashville. In the case that a competitor or team who placed 1/2/3 is not attending, the opportunity to attend will be given to the next competitor/team in line.

Substitutions are allowed but 25% of the original State Leadership Conference Team must compete.
